Turn an image into embroidery
A logo, a child's drawing, a photo: the studio reduces the colours to threads, draws the fill areas and puts fine lines in satin stitch. A slider sets the level of detail, with the preview in front of you.
For everyone who embroiders by machine
Convert an image into an embroidery file, write a name, create a patch: the studio checks everything and prepares the PES, DST, JEF or VP3 file for your machine. In your browser, free to start.
The Discovery plan is free, no card required.
Files ready for Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina (PES), Janome, Elna (JEF), Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff (VP3, HUS), Melco (EXP) and the industrial machines Tajima, Barudan, SWF, ZSK, Ricoma (DST).
Each tool opens the studio with the right settings. Opening, converting and checking cost nothing.
Also: JPG to PES, image to DST, text and names. And by brand: Brother, Janome, Husqvarna and Pfaff, Bernina, Tajima, Ricoma.
A selection of designs made with Broderly: download them in all six formats, or open them in the studio to change size and colours.
Every feature is designed to be used without reading a manual. When something could cause trouble on the machine, the studio tells you plainly and offers the fix.
A logo, a child's drawing, a photo: the studio reduces the colours to threads, draws the fill areas and puts fine lines in satin stitch. A slider sets the level of detail, with the preview in front of you.
Choose the shape, the border and the background, add your image or a text: the patch is ready, with the placement line and the machine stop for laying the fabric.
Satin or running stitch text, straight or arched, with the studio's fonts or a font from your computer. For a series of names, one file per person in one go.
The hoop in use, the sewing area, stitches that are too short, density for the fabric, colour order: everything is checked, and every remark has its own “Fix” button.
Open the designs you already have, change the colours, the size or the order. The viewer walks through a whole folder and shows a thumbnail of each file.
The file is saved in your machine's format, straight onto the USB stick or into its folder. A large-print sheet reminds you of the thread order and the stops.
Guided mode takes you from start to finish, one step at a time. More confident users can switch to expert mode at any moment.

Thread colours, border, text, fabric: whatever needs adjusting.
The studio reviews everything and fixes what could break a needle.
The file goes onto the machine's stick, with the sheet to embroider it.
Allow five minutes for a first patch.
Everything you prepare is kept on your account, like a shelf of work in progress.

Yes. Guided mode asks one question at a time and always suggests the usual setting. You can also write to us: we reply by e-mail and replay your case with your file.
Yes: Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina, Janome, Elna, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Melco and the industrial ones. You state the brand once, and the right format is used from then on.
Drawing and preview happen in your browser. Two things go through our servers: preparing the machine file, whose design is not kept once the file is produced, and “My work”, which saves your projects on your account (design, thumbnail, size) so you find them from one computer to another. They are hosted in Europe, only you can access them, and you can delete them at any time: they stay 30 days in the bin, then are erased for good. Everything is detailed on the privacy page.
No. A recent browser is enough. To send the file straight to the machine's stick, Chrome or Edge are needed; otherwise the file downloads and you copy it.
You download your projects and files whenever you like, they remain yours. Should the service ever close, you would be told at least 90 days in advance, time enough to retrieve everything.
